The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. This role supports sales performance, client engagement, and daily store operations while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment.

• Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support • Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering • Assist guests with purchases, customization, and product selection • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach • Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals • Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards • Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor • Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management • Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment • Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives • Engage in clienteling to build and maintain guest relationships

• 2 years of professional work experience • High school diploma or GED required • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions • 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions • Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events • Health benefits available for full-time employees • 401(k) eligibility
