Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO designation from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a respected Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active New Mexico medical license.
