Kelli Dozier State Farm is looking for a licensed, high-performing Account Representative who is passionate about sales, thrives on building relationships, and genuinely enjoys helping people. We're seeking someone with grit, a competitive mindset, and the determination to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Licensing Requirement

This position requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to your start date.

If you are actively completing your licensing, we provide comprehensive support, study resources, coaching, and guidance to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through consultative, needs-based conversations

• Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement

• Conduct policy reviews and recommend personalized coverage solutions that protect customers and their families

• Cross-sell multiple product lines to strengthen customer protection and agency growth

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and account updates while identifying additional opportunities

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and insurance regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or actively working toward obtaining both before your start date)

• Proven success in insurance sales, account management, or consultative sales

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed expectations

• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

• Grit, resilience, and the ability to overcome challenges

• Customer-focused professional who genuinely enjoys helping people
