Senior Global Account Director

Danfoss is hiring a Senior Global Account Director to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a dedicated Danfoss Global Account management team supporting target customer;
• Represent Danfoss to both the customer and internal stakeholders as the primary advocate and trusted advisor ensuring a common Danfoss voice across critical customer activities and initiatives;
• Understand customers strategic needs and pain points at global, regional, and business unit levels; understand Danfoss strategic goals at company, segment, and business unit levels; create and drive an aligned global account strategy that delivers customer satisfaction and profitable growth leveraging the customer needs against the full Danfoss value proposition;
• Translate the global account strategy into a 5 year business perspective with annual objectives, including revenue and gross margin targets;
• Secure alignment of account priorities, opportunity pipeline and risk management with all relevant Danfoss stakeholders; manage leadership relationships (Business Unit to C-suite) including global escalations.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years experience with managing global, multi‑stakeholder, sales projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment across geographies, business units, and customer organizations.
• 1 year experience within a global organization, leading complex, multi‑region relationships with large global OEM customers, including direct/indirect multi-national team & people leadership; and P&L main drivers and key financial metrics.
• 1 year experience in the HVAC/R industry direct account responsibility with global HVAC/R OEM customers across residential, commercial, and industrial applications building strategic relationships, negotiating high‑value global commercial contracts, driving global pipeline opportunity development and application roadmap engagement.
