Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, during one-on-one and group sessions. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote understanding of mental health issues and provide peer support. \n
- Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations with psychiatrists and mental health professionals to ensure holistic patient care. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support to patients facing acute mental health challenges. \n
- Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by attending team meetings, workshops, and staying current with advancements in mental health treatment. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California. \n
- Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Proven skills in conducting comprehensive evaluations and creating effective treatment strategies. \n
- Experience providing individual and group therapy across diverse populations. \n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients. \n
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general technology used in telehealth. \n
- A collaborative approach to working within a multi-disciplinary team. \n

- Prior experience in a community health setting, especially within outpatient services. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth resources and best practices in remote therapy. \n
