About the Practice

Professional Visioncare Associates is a well‑respected eye care practice in Southern California, established in 1952, with locations in Sherman Oaks and SantaMonica. The practice offers full‑scope primary care optometry, including routine and complex contact lens treatment, refractive surgery co‑management, and diagnostic and therapeutic services for dry eye syndrome, myopia control and keratoconus.

What You’ll Do

In a top‑notch clinical setting you will provide comprehensive eye examinations, contact‑lens exams and fittings (including scleral shells), and educate patients about their ocular health while recommending vision‑enhancing products. The practice handles roughly 13 patients daily plus additional check‑ups and urgent eye matters. We employ advanced diagnostic tools such as optical coherence tomography, visual fields, auto‑refractors, the Neurolens system, and the Optomap panoramic retinal camera for digital documentation and monitoring.

Who We’re Seeking

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated optometrist with a strong focus on ocular and systemic health. Proficiency in fitting scleral contact lenses is an asset. Successful candidates will have strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep sense of compassion for patient health and safety.
