Responsibilities Provide solutions to customers' work apparel needs by offering weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and company branding. Build relationships and manage a territory, prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads. Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Apply skills learned in the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS). High motivation, competitiveness, discipline, and ambition, with a customer-focused mindset. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role. Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
