Practice Overview:

• Join the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute in launching a new cardiothoracic surgery program
• Focus on vein harvesting, perioperative care, and surgical support
• Leadership opportunity to help develop protocols, workflows, and team structure

Schedule:

• Full-time role with a mix of OR time, inpatient care, and program development
• Shared call rotation (1:3) as the team expands
• Flexibility during early program growth
