Key Responsibilities\n

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage personalized support packages for students facing emotional and behavioral challenges, which may include cases of anxiety, depression, or trauma.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments during intake interviews to determine students’ emotional and psychological needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

  • Develop and implement detailed, measurable goals for each case, tailoring interventions to suit individual circumstances.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate students’ progress towards their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to their evolving needs.

  • Provide counseling and guidance during virtual therapy sessions, equipping students with skills to manage their emotions and build resilience.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of student interactions, treatment progress, and case notes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

  • Participate actively in case conferences with school personnel, parents, and external service providers to advocate for the best interests of the students.

  • Act as a key point of contact within a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration to support the holistic development of students.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues. Qualifications\n

  • Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW certification in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
