Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our client in Bronx, NY 10461-2723 . This is a 105-week contract assignment. Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Bronx, NY 10461-2723 Duration: 105 weeks Work Schedule: Day – 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Night – 11:45 PM–7:45 AM Evening – 3:55 PM–11:55 PM Pay rate: $35 - $38/hr on W2 Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Medication administration and specimen collection; Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs; Provision of nursing treatments; Gather patient measurements, signs and symptoms; Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety; Crisis intervention; Complete documentation in patient electronic medical records, as well as staff communication logs and other required forms as needed; File patient record forms in the appropriate location within the record; Perform other job-related duties as assigned To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] Valid New York State LPN license issued by the New York State Education Department. Ability to work required weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills. Ability to comply with NYS OASAS and ATC policies. Successful completion of all required background and screening processes.
