Overview Booster is a mission‑driven school fundraising company that partners with over 6,000 schools each year, impacting more than 3 million students across all 50 states. We focus on cultivating virtuous leaders with six core virtues: Gratitude, Wisdom, Care, Courage, Grit, and Celebration. As a full‑time Program Leader, you will lead Booster programs on school campuses, oversee a team, help schools reach fundraising goals, and positively impact students. Responsibilities Program leadership: manage day‑to‑day operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience. Event management: lead high‑energy experiences, delegate tasks, plan event details and safety, and coordinate logistics. Team leadership: guide on‑campus team through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration. Student engagement: creatively use resources and daily interactions to motivate and create fun experiences for students. Client care: build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication – professional verbal and written communication with students, faculty, and staff. Positive attitude – optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality in interactions. Growth mindset – continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. Good judgment – self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented – hard worker who gets things done timely and efficiently. Enthusiastic – connects enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Ability to pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle check. Physical ability to lift up to 45lb and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $31,000–$33,000 (non‑exempt). Medical, vision, and dental insurance. 10 days paid time off, all major holidays, and a 2‑week December break. Technology: MacBook and $50 per month cell phone allowance. Music subscription: $12 per month for Spotify subscription. Team events, award ceremonies, celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more.
