Order Processing Specialist

Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls from website inquiries, publications, and direct outreach Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone inquiries Prepare and provide accurate product/service quotes based on customer needs Enter customer orders into the system with a high level of accuracy Review, pull, and process purchase orders Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed Perform order follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve order or service issues Top Skills Customer service High Call Volume ERP Skyline 10 Order entry Additional Qualifications ERP experience Intermediate Level experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77088. Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
