Supervisor – Logistics Operations (Oakley, CA)

Schedule: 9:00 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.

Days Off: Sunday & Monday Overtime Available

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee nightly warehouse and distribution operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on logistics expertise, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nightly warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight, order processing, staging, and dispatch activities.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, documentation, and compliance with operational standards.

• Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to support performance and development.

• Support overtime needs and adjust to operational demands as required.

Qualifications

• Logistics or warehouse supervisory experience required.

• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and freight coordination.

• Ability to lead teams in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working overnight hours and supporting overtime as needed.

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Shift: 9:00 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.

• Overtime: Available based on operational needs

• Days Off: Sunday and Monday
