Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $116,709 - 140,552 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience building production web applications end to end, with meaningful time in a senior or lead contributor role.
• We expect expert-level TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router) skills, with a strong eye for interface quality, interaction design, and performance.
• We require deep Postgres experience, including schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
• We look for multi-tenant SaaS experience, including authentication, roles and permissions, and customer data isolation.
• We value experience building real-time features with WebSockets, streaming, or subscriptions.
• We need experience integrating third-party APIs, including OAuth, rate limiting, retries, and failure handling.
• We expect experience with event-driven systems, background jobs, and webhooks.
• We want testing experience at scale with Vitest or Jest, plus Playwright or Cypress.
• We look for a track record of shipping substantial features independently from spec to production and supporting them after launch.
• We need strong debugging ability across the stack, from browser to database to external services.
• We value fluency with AI-assisted development and good judgment about when outputs are incorrect.
• We expect strong product judgment and an understanding of why a feature matters to users.
• We need clear, concise written communication and comfort working in a remote, writing-first environment.
• We require US-based candidates with substantial overlap with Eastern Time.

• We build polished, fast, intuitive interfaces in React and Next.js for sales reps, managers, and administrators.
• We design and develop APIs, data models, and background workflows in TypeScript and Postgres.
• We create real-time experiences such as live call views, activity feeds, and progress tracking.
• We improve and expand integrations with voice AI, telephony, CRM, and billing providers.
• We own production reliability, including monitoring, alerting, root-cause fixes, and release quality.
• We raise the bar on architecture, testing, security, performance, and developer experience as the platform grows.
• We partner with the founder on product decisions, bringing ideas from the code, the data, and how users actually work.

We are building an AI sales execution platform whose coaching engine trains reps on every call, while our AI coworkers answer phones, make calls, and deliver finished work into the systems our customers already use. The platform is live on a freight brokerage floor and is now scaling. This is a remote role on a small team, working directly with our founder and lead engineer on a substantial stack that includes a Next.js web app, Postgres backend, background workflows, a desktop app, and live integrations with voice, telephony, CRM, and billing providers.
