Shift Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Monday through Friday
• Weekend Overtime Required

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated filling and support equipment.
• Perform aseptic filling operations following GMP and company procedures.
• Complete production paperwork, batch records, and logbook entries accurately.
• Follow all written procedures and documentation requirements for fill room operations.
• Collect product samples and perform fill-weight and quality checks.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, walls, floors, and production areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities, including equipment inspection and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
• Work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating production equipment or analytical instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.
• OR 2 years of experience working as a Cleanroom Operator.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs, GMP guidelines, and documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Availability to work required weekend overtime.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52624.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
