This organization specializes in custom commercial projects, and high-touch client work, with a strong reputation for quality, precision, and long-term client relationships.Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence, budget control, and superior execution across all phases of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle from planning through completionManage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendorsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and field leadershipOversee cost tracking, forecasting, and change order managementEnsure quality control and safety compliance on all job sitesMaintain strong client communication and project transparencyIdeal Background5–10+ years of experience in commercial constructionExperience managing multi-million-dollar projects preferredStrong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skillsProficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar a plus)
