Opportunity Overview:

Terrapin Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, growth-minded Physical Therapist or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to deliver exceptional outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a PT-owned boutique practice where your clinical judgment, professional goals, and work-life balance matter. What You Will Do:

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients with individualized plans that support mobility, pain reduction, function, and long-term wellness.
• Provide unrushed care through one-hour-plus initial evaluations and approximately 40 minutes of one-on-one treatment time for returning patients.
• Apply hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, therapeutic modalities, and patient education to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive rehabilitation team while building trusted relationships with patients, families, and referring providers.
• Expand your clinical confidence through weekly training, chart reviews, co-treatments, and mentorship from an experienced Clinical Instructor.
• Explore specialized care opportunities including aquatic therapy, hydrotherapy, pain management, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and dry needling.

Required Qualifications:

• You hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or Physical Therapy Licensed Applicant status from an accredited program.
• You are licensed or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in California.
• You bring a patient-centered approach and communicate clearly with people from diverse backgrounds and activity levels.
• You are eager to develop or strengthen skills in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain neuroscience.
• You value teamwork, accountability, curiosity, and delivering a welcoming patient experience.

Growth Opportunities:
