As a Residential Service Electrician, you will diagnose, present, and complete residential electrical jobs using our proven service systems. You will work directly with homeowners, explain options clearly, and deliver top‑notch workmanship. This is a client‑facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being rewarded for performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards Present service options and perform approved work onsite Deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience without using pressure tactics Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in weekly training and professional development Required Qualifications 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience Strong communication and customer service skills A growth mindset and willingness to be coached Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage) Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
