Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote contract opportunity supporting a high-volume customer support environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy helping customers, and can effectively manage multiple communication channels while delivering exceptional service.


The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, resolve concerns, document interactions, and provide professional support while maintaining a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide front-line customer support while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
• Assist customers through multiple communication channels including phone and email
• Escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate internal departments when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Navigate multiple software systems and platforms simultaneously
• Resolve customer concerns through research, problem-solving, and effective communication
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Meet established performance metrics including attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity goals
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, promotions, and operational updates
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred
• Ability to manage high call volumes, including 70+ inbound calls per day
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and internet navigation
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
• Comfortable working a short-term contract assignment
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and business needs
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Schedule & Training Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Mandatory paid training will last approximately 4 weeks
• 100% attendance is required during training
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace required
