The company also provides temporary cold storage solutions for planned maintenance and unplanned emergencies.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring field technicians have the parts and equipment needed to serve customers. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPull, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.Verify shipments and report damaged or missing items.Tag, label, and organize parts and supplies.Replenish inventory and support field technicians with parts and equipment.Deliver parts and supplies to technicians and service locations as needed.Track shipments and maintain inventory records.Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.Qualification RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experienceValid driver's license and ability to deliver parts and supplies to technicians in the field as needed.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.Basic computer/typing skills and familiarity with inventory systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDependable, self-motivated, and team-orientedEffective problem-solving and communication skillsMust be available to work overtime as neededForklift experience and certification are strongly preferredPhysical DemandsAbility to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull parts, equipment, and materials weighing 50-75 pounds safely and efficientlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.Experience operating pallet jacks in a warehouse environment required; Forklift experience and certification preferred.Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and applicable OSHA regulations.Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment while handling inventory, equipment, and materialsCompensation TransparencyThe advertised pay range for this position is $20-$30 per hour.
