Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards* Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment* Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations* Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time* Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment* Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team* Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills* Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $31.56 to $31.56 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
