Senior Property Manager
Sacramento, CA
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 DOE, plus bonus and excellent benefits

Our client, a well-established commercial real estate company, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial office properties in the Sacramento area. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams, managing tenant relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of a commercial office portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the property management team.
• Partner closely with maintenance, engineering, construction, leasing, and accounting teams.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive problem resolution.
• Monitor accounts receivable, rent collections, delinquencies, and related follow-up activities.
• Review and approve property-related invoices and expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and insurance requirements.
• Administer lease agreements and monitor tenant compliance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare financial reports, operating expense reconciliations, variance analyses, and rent roll reviews.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and major maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong experience with budgeting, operating expense reconciliations, and lease administration.
• Proven leadership, project management, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree and/or CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and California real estate salesperson license required.
