Non - Exempt Position Summary Directs and coordinates all product related data, office forms and outside contacts. Primary Responsibilities First point of company contacts Ordering office supplies, printing of Milk house Cards, Envelopes, BOL’s and Labels Data Entry Answering phones and routing calls Backup for other office personnel SQF (Safe Quality Food) Compliance It is the responsibility of every employee to ensure that Chula Vista Cheese Company’s food safety and quality management system complies with food safety regulations and SQF compliance. In turn, our customers are assured that the product has been produced, processed, prepared, and handled according to the highest possible standards. All employees are required to comply and promote compliance with Chula Vista Cheese Company’s food safety program and polices, including but not limited to: Hazard Prevention:Help to keep all work areas clean and free of unsafe obstacles. Educate:Educate yourself and others on the correct standard operating procedures for the task you are responsible for. Accountable:It’s your responsibility to understand and comply with the Company’s SQF policies and procedures Report Food Safety Issues: It is your responsibility to communicate any food safety and quality problems to your supervisor to initiate action. Training: Attend all required training and pass all necessary knowledge or skillbased evaluations. Key Activities Answer phones and direct calls Prepare shipping labels, example - Fed ex and Applied Science Process visitors Pull cheese reports, check for accuracy. Input data in charts and programs (Cheese Chart, production report, ect.) Process cheese orders / shipments in D365 Ordering of all office supplies in an accurate and timely manner Follow all position related GMP’s, sanitation procedures, and quality procedures as set forth by QA and/or supervisors Responsible for following Safety (OSHA) regulations and procedures. Responsible for complying to all Safe Quality Food (SQF) polices/procedures and requirements for position. Provides coverage for other office positions as needed. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor. WORK ENVIROMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The work environment for this role is typically an office setting, with most tasks performed at a desk using a computer. Daily responsibilities involve extended periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse for data entry, analysis, and report generation.
