Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Process service agreements including timely invoicing, price verification, and ERP entry Maintain documentation for contracts and invoices Assist monthly invoicing to ensure revenue targets are met Build customer rapport by updating customers on upcoming agreements and supporting renewals Use CRM tools to retrieve customer information, update work orders, and make changes Collaborate with sales and POC IT teams to verify purchase orders and identify revenue opportunities Renew contracts and invoice customers as needed Transfer billable calls to ensure timely invoicing Identify efficiency opportunities by combining open work for tech support teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience Associate's degree with 2+ years relevant experience Bachelor's degree with billing/invoicing/contract audit experience English French Skills Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft 365 Axapta CRM Tools ERP Systems Windows Operating Systems MS Office Contract Audit Contract Administration Invoicing and Billing Operations Contract Negotiation Support Regulatory Compliance Customer Relationship Management Documentation Management Revenue Opportunity Identification Conflict Management Team Leadership Written and Verbal Communication Schedule Start date: 2026-09-18 Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
