Direct Counsel

Litigation Attorney - Reno, NV

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Reno, NV . Full-time position with ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must hold an active Nevada Bar license . Clerkship experience is preferred.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

Proficient in written discovery, including e-Discovery
Command of the Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure
Oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and deposition

Exceptional research and writing skills
Strong academic credentials.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $165,000 - $180,000 annually (DOE).
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
