Customer Service Sales Associate

Vaco has partnered with a manufacturing and distribution company on the north west side of Indianapolis to hire a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member who enjoys variety, works well with others, and is willing to learn. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm Salary: $50,000-$55,000 + annual bonus Location: 100% onsite at northwest side Indy office What You'll Do Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email. Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders. Coordinate customer shipments, freight, and shipping documentation. Maintain customer and order information in our ERP system. Assist with inventory transactions, purchasing support, and operational documentation. Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Support other departments as needed, including providing backup coverage during vacations and absences. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Previous customer service, order processing, logistics, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business software (ERP experience is a plus).
