Company: The Boeing Company Facilities Multi Services Manager Location: Hazelwood, MO Position Overview This role leads the dynamic and collaborative Project Management & Construction Management Midwest Team, supporting site operations and driving operational excellence across a high‑impact facilities infrastructure portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage and coach Project Managers and Construction Managers who plan, coordinate, and deliver a diverse portfolio of facility construction initiatives. Develop project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and direct reports. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Participate in source selection and provide technical oversight of suppliers. Manage, develop and motivate employees. Domestic travel up to 20%. Basic Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large scale cross-functional project/background management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership. 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders. 5+ years of experience in project management. Ability to travel 20% domestically. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience leading and/or managing a team. Experience within project leadership including planning, implementing and executing project plans. Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support and excellent teamwork. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $119,000 - $161,000. Compensation includes competitive base pay, variable opportunities, and eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs such as health insurance, flexible spending, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
