Dental Hygienist

Role: The Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, acts as a clinical provider and patient advocate, and supports the dental team with clinical procedures. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality dental hygiene services and education to patients. Maintain patient screenings, medical history documentation, and adhere to dental procedures. Utilize dental tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and x-rays when needed. Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills. Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient care and practice efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Current dental hygienist license in Arizona (or applicable state) and relevant degree (Associate's or Bachelor's). Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical record documentation. CPR certification required. Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience and familiarity with digital dental technology. Strong communication skills and a desire for professional growth. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Prolonged sitting and standing, and ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
