Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license, eligible to practice in the state
• Experience working in school-based settings, including K-12 populations
• Familiarity with home health OT practices and teletherapy service delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in assessments, interventions, and program development for students with various abilities
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and tailoring approaches to individual education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress and participation
• Provide services in multiple formats, including on-site schools, home settings, and via teletherapy, as needed
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and adapt interventions to support student engagement and achievement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and agency standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, offer consultative support, and contribute to professional development initiatives within the school community
