Collections Specialist: Payment & Customer Negotiation
Virtual Assistance Group
Virtual Assistance Group is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our US-based team. You will manage payment collection from customers via phone, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing issues. You will also negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.
