* 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development
* Demonstrated progression from senior software engineer into architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise solution design roles
* Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications supporting complex business environments
* Proven success leading architecture decisions across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams Technical Expertise Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions utilizing technologies such as:

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

* API Management platforms (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, etc.)
* Event streaming platforms (Kafka, Event Hubs, or similar)
* Data integration and analytics platforms
* Security architecture, identity, and access management (IAM)
* DevSecOps practices
* Observability and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
* Experience within financial services, government, healthcare, or other regulated industries
* Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery environments
* Technical leadership across geographically distributed engineering organizations
