$65,000 - $100,000/yr Regular/ Permanent Position Summary Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback; communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Drives change initiatives, sets clear expectations, and guides implementation of business solutions while communicating business objectives to teams. Models exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way (OBW) service model and supports customer service initiatives, including community outreach efforts. Develops action plans to correct deficiencies and leads process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience. What you’ll do Drive financial performance and sales for the designated store area by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals; ensure effective merchandise presentation and store operations. Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and setting clear expectations; recognize and promote a sense of belonging. Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and measuring progress. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics, support Open Door Policy, and provide direction on applying these in business processes. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For certain facilities: successful completion of firearms background checks and state certificates where applicable; attendance at required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
