Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising healthcare team members, and supporting patient recovery and safety. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 06/22/2026
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required prior to first shift, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only), minimum two (2) years bedside clinical experience, valid nursing license, and relevant specialty certification if applicable
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The Registered Nurse will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, participate in patient care planning, provide education, and ensure safe patient discharge planning. The RN will oversee direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, communicate effectively with the care team, and contribute to a positive work environment. They will also assume charge responsibilities after orientation and seek ongoing professional development.
