Shift Type: Saturday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate medical records and clear communication across shifts
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery steps

Qualifications

Current LVN license in California
Valid BLS/CPR certification is preferred
Prior experience in medical/surgical or outpatient settings is a plus
Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday shifts
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical nursing skills including patient monitoring, medication administration, and treatment documentation
Knowledge of electronic health records and medical terminology
Understanding of safety protocols and infection control
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and care teams
Effective verbal and written communication
