Physical Therapy Services Include:

• Pelvic Health Therapy
• In-patient Hospital Care
• In-patient Nursing Home Care
• Out-patient Clinic Services
• Local School Visits
• Home Care Visits

Patient Services Include:

• Orthopedic Rehabilitation
• Neurological Rehabilitation
• Developmentally Delayed Pediatric Services
• Musculoskeletal Injury Treatments

This role is with a private, not-for-profit organization that operates a facility in a community dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical care. The facility provides acute and long-term care and features a full-service Rural Health Clinic.
