Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care within a designated specialty area, such as Critical Care, Women's and Children's, or Emergency Department. Responsibilities: Serve as a healthcare team leader by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and utilizing evidence-based practices to promote health or support end-of-life needs. Ensure care delivery aligns with policies, demonstrate accountability, and foster a safe, inclusive environment focused on high-quality, compassionate care. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Valid North Carolina nursing license or multi-state license essential. One year of relevant experience preferred. Key Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and diversity and inclusion commitment. Ability to adapt to various clinical units and identify team dynamics. Additional Information: The role involves rotating through different units within the specialty, with potential for direct hire into a preferred unit. Candidates must meet licensure requirements, including refresher courses if applicable.
