Main Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages with a smile.
- Providing menu recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Creating an exceptional customer experience through attentiveness and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests promptly.
- Upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Communicating order details effectively with kitchen staff.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of tables and tableware.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server is a must.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends.
- High school diploma required.
