Recruiting Coordinator Recruiting Coordinator job at Aston Carter in Louisville, CO. Overview We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process. The coordinator will manage interview scheduling and enhance candidate experience through effective communication. This role also includes providing administrative support for various recruiting events and projects. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate onsite interview schedules across multiple calendars Conduct prep calls prior to interviews to ensure candidates are informed and prepared Greet candidates onsite and provide a welcoming experience Ensure candidates have all necessary details about interviewers and logistics Assist with booking venues, catering, and other logistics for recruiting events Support recruiting projects and coordination tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience in managing schedules and providing administrative support Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Polished communication skills Location & Employment Location: Louisville, CO Contract to Hire Full onsite position Pay & Benefits Pay range: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident and hospital coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability coverage, HSA, transportation, employee assistance program, PTO, vacation or sick leave, and eligibility requirements apply Application Deadline Position anticipated to close on Dec 13, 2025.
