Your Role in the Lab

• Conduct standard and specialized clinical laboratory evaluationsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondunder standardized guidelines.
• Thoroughly analyze and validate results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and uphold rigorous standards of lab quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean working atmosphere while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with ongoing ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
