Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Manassas/Tysons, VA

A growing and technology-forward personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team handling matters throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for a trial-minded attorney who enjoys courtroom advocacy, embraces technology, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a high-volume, fast-growing practice. The firm provides strong operational support, including experienced paralegal assistance and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
- Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and prepare cases for litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related documents
- Negotiate favorable settlements while aggressively advocating for clients' interests
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive successful case outcomes
Requirements:
- Active Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC
- Litigation experience with trial exposure and courtroom experience
- Ability to manage cases independently and confidently advocate for clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills
- Comfortable utilizing technology and modern legal tools, including xhqgsiq AI-driven platforms
- Personal injury experience preferred
Additional Details:
- Compensation: Competitive base salary
- Bonus Structure: Commission based on settlements and awards, typically ranging from 5-10%
- Benefits: Health insurance stipend ($300/month), Dental and vision coverage, Life insurance, Short-term disability coverage, 401(k) plan anticipated in the future
