About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Revenue Cycle Technology Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise functions that translate the company's technology strategy into operational performance across revenue cycle service lines. This role involves defining and leading the vision, roadmap, and operating model for technology operations in alignment with the company's growth strategy and client commitments. The VP will also be tasked with owning the portfolio of operations technology and global operations initiatives, establishing decision rights and accountability, and ensuring that technology and global operations plans address the highest-value opportunities and risks. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, technology-enabled services, or a related environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including complex claims, denials, and reimbursement workflows. Experience in leading operational change and digital transformation, as well as a proven track record of building and leading an enterprise technology-operations portfolio with measurable business outcomes, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change leadership, technology adoption, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Financial acumen, experience in governing cross-functional portfolios, and a background in directing outsourced or global delivery partnerships are also key qualifications for this executive position.
