Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights) | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Float between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as needed
• Participate in rotating day and night shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend and 2 holidays if working during the winter holiday period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and step-down or intermediate care units
• Familiarity with critical care documentation and monitoring practices
