Biosimilars Key Account Manager (Remote)

Wir suchen eine belastbare, strategisch denkende und eigenmotivierte Persönlichkeit als Key Account Manager (Business Access Manager m/w/d) , die in einer kundenspezifischen Rolle die Einführung innovativer Biosimilar-Produkte vorantreibt.
Sie sind verantwortlich für den Marktzugang und die Maximierung des Umsatzwachstums in Ihrem Gebiet sowie für die Steuerung aller kommerziellen Aktivitäten. Dazu gehören die Interaktion mit wichtigen Stakeholdern, die Navigation durch das Gesundheitssystem und das Übertreffen des Wettbewerbs, um neue Märkte zu erschließen und zu entwickeln – und unseren Kunden als vertrauenswürdigen Partner im Biosimilar-/Biologika-Markt zu etablieren.
Kernaufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer regionalen Market-Access- und Vertriebsstrategie in Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
- Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu Key Accounts, verordnenden Ärzten und relevanten Entscheidern im Gesundheitswesen
- Identifizierung von Zielkunden durch Pflege und Analyse von Kundendaten sowie Erstellung eines passenden Gebiets-Business-Plans
- Schulung der Zielgruppen zum Nutzen und Mehrwert unseres Biosimilar-Portfolios
- Identifizierung von Zugangshürden und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen zur Markterschließung und Förderung der Produktakzeptanz
- Nutzung von CRM- und Planungstools zur Fortschrittsverfolgung und Optimierung der Kundenansprache
- Beobachtung von Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und entsprechende Anpassung der Strategie
- Bachelor-Abschluss in den Life Sciences oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Klinikaußendienst, idealerweise mit Biosimilars oder Specialty Care
- Erfahrung in Biosimilars oder Therapiegebieten wie Rare Disease, Hämatologie, Nephrologie, Immunologie, Onkologie, Endokrinologie, Orthopädie oder Rheumatologie ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse der Gesundheitsstrukturen auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Beziehungskompetenzen
Dies ist eine Außendienstposition ; alle weiteren Tage werden im Homeoffice durchgeführt.
