What You'll Be Doing

During each snowfall, you'll:

• Operate tractors equipped with commercial snow blowers
• Clear residential driveways quickly and safely
• Follow assigned routes using a company tablet
• Perform basic equipment inspections before and after each event
• Identify and report equipment issues
• Communicate with dispatch throughout snow events
• Represent Specialized Property Care professionally while working in residential neighborhoods

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable operators who enjoy working independently.

Required

• Comfortable operating tractors or similar heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors during South Dakota winter weather
• Reliable transportation to our shop before snow events
• Positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable using a tablet for navigation

Preferred

• Previous tractor or heavy equipment experience
• Snow removal experience
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Experience operating agricultural or construction equipment

Schedule

Snow doesn't follow a schedule—and neither do we.

Operators are contacted before forecasted snow events and typically work:

• 8–12 hours per snow event
• Daytime and overnight shifts depending on storm timing
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as weather requires

You only work when it snows.
