Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful execution of customer and business commitments. This role oversees project schedules, resources, budgets, communication, and risk management while serving as the primary point of coordination among internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management

• Manage the full project lifecycle from project kickoff through final delivery and closeout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Establish project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and schedule deviations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.

Customer and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and progress updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure effective communication regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Respond promptly to project-related inquiries and concerns.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, logistics, installation, customer service, and leadership teams.
• Ensure project requirements are accurately communicated and executed by all stakeholders.
• Resolve project conflicts and remove obstacles that may impact completion.

Financial and Administrative Oversight

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Track change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain detailed project records, reports, and status updates.
• Prepare regular reports for management regarding project performance and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a customer-focused, operations-driven environment.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have experience managing projects, coordinating timelines, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders through internships, academic projects, campus leadership roles, or professional work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project along similar project management software (Procore).
