- Location: Branford, Darien & New Canaan, CT
- Clinic Status: Branford is newly opened; Darien and New Canaan are upcoming clinic launches
- Specialty/Setting: Urgent Care – Outpatient, Walk-In Only
- Schedule: 14–15 shifts per month (full-time)
- Hours: 8a–8p weekdays; 9a–5p weekends
- Start Date: Ideally within 60–90 days; mid-to-late January for upcoming clinic launches
- Patient Volume: 30–40 patients daily at established clinics, with lower volume as new clinics ramp up
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant APP experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice; must be comfortable treating all ages
- Compensation:
- Branford: $140k–$160k
- Darien & New Canaan: $150k–$190k
- Sign-On Bonus:
- Branford: $15k
- Darien & New Canaan: $25k
- Benefits: Full comprehensive package + performance incentives
