Senior Digital Designer

Senior Designer We're looking for a systems-minded, digitally fluent Senior Designer to build the visual foundations that make Insider One unmistakable and scalable. Working with the Creative Director, Website Development Team, and other designers, you'll own brand systems and web design from concept to production-ready execution, creating the components, templates, and page experiences that help global marketing move faster without sacrificing quality. This hands-on senior individual-contributor role is for someone who thinks beyond one-off assets. You'll translate brand and business goals into responsive websites, landing pages, campaign systems, and reusable frameworks; partner with developers through handoff and QA; and use AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, documentation, and production. You'll thrive in ambiguity and own the work until it is live. What You Will Do Partner with the Creative Director to evolve Insider One's visual identity and turn brand strategy into distinctive, high-performing digital experiences. Build and document scalable brand systems in Figma, including components, variables, grids, templates, iconography, illustration, typography, and image treatments. Own website pages, landing pages, launch experiences, and microsites from information structure and wireframes to responsive, developer-ready design. Work closely with the Website Development Team on interactions, feasibility, accessibility, performance, handoff, and detailed design QA before launch. Design for WordPress confidently, understanding templates, reusable modules, CMS constraints, and responsive behavior; Elementor is a strong advantage. Turn ambiguous briefs and complex B2B technology into clear design directions, prototypes, and visual stories, presenting and defending the rationale. Create reusable templates and self-service systems that help designers and global marketing teams produce consistent, on-brand work at speed. Use AI tools to research, ideate, prototype, automate repetitive work, and improve developer handoff. Review live implementation and other designers' work, giving precise feedback that protects the brand, raises craft, and develops the wider team. Manage multiple projects with strong file hygiene, version control, documentation, and prioritization, using performance feedback to improve future work. What You Will Need 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, digital, or web design within fast-growth B2B SaaS, technology, a design studio, or an agency. A standout portfolio showing sophisticated brand systems, responsive web design, digital campaigns, and clear technology storytelling. Expert Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, prototyping, responsive systems, and developer handoff. High professional proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, composition, grids, hierarchy, color, image selection, and digital art direction. Strong systems thinking, with proven experience turning visual identity into reusable components, templates, guidelines, and frameworks. Strong knowledge of web and UX principles, including responsive behavior, accessibility, conversion, performance, interaction, and technical constraints. Working knowledge of WordPress from a designer's perspective, including CMS constraints and implementation validation; Elementor is a plus. Experience collaborating with developers, preparing clear specifications, resolving implementation questions, and completing meticulous QA. Practical, daily use of AI tools such as Claude and Adobe Firefly for research, concepting, iteration, production, and documentation. Hands-on familiarity with Model Context Protocol workflows connecting Figma to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar environments. Comfort with speed and ambiguity, defining problems, proposing direction, managing feedback, and owning work through delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence explaining decisions and working directly with senior stakeholders.
