Warehouse Team Lead

Job Title

What you will do:

Goods receiving- checking, counting and putting away of stock

Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and other turnaround times.

Stock checks and cycle counting of products in the warehouse

Proactive approach to stock accuracy.

Keeping paperwork up to-date and keeping records of the stock.

Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods.

Ensure warehouse functioning and consolidation of goods.

Ensure that all freight is moved correctly to minimize misroutes.

Loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling and or forklift

Always follow health and safety procedures

What we need from you:

5 years' experience in an FMCG Warehouse Environment

Minimum leaving certificate or equivalent

Experience in use of stock management systems

Experience using Excel

Good interpersonal skills

Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements in a Warehouse environment

Organised and methodical approach to all tasks

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Work Environment:

This job works in a manufacturing environment, using various manufacturing equipment.
