This role is essential to supporting our nursing staff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations during the assigned shift. Assess staffing and patient care needs to ensure safe and effective operations. Coordinate and communicate daily nursing activities across the care team. Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and accountability. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, professionalism, and continuous quality improvement. Serve as a clinical resource and support for staff throughout the shift.
