Senior Machinist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Joining a dynamic manufacturing team, the full-time Senior Machinist will operate multi-axis machining centers to fabricate and repair metal and plastic parts, assemble components into units, and ensure quality standards while working second shift from Monday to Thursday. Key responsibilities Set up and run various CNC multi-axis machining centers as scheduled Fabricate and assemble jigs, fixtures, and tooling while ensuring adherence to specifications Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition Required qualifications 2-year degree or certificate in a related field 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, specifically with 5-Axis machining centers Ability to read and interpret Solidworks or other CAD drawings Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
